Yes In most cases this is a good idea for goingwalkabouts to have a spare set of key to get access to your dog, or another solution is to have a key safe fixed to your property with a code given to GoingWalkAbouts so that we can access your keys and return them before and after your dog walks

Will my keys be safe?

Yes at all times your keys will be kept totally separate from any address information and your keys will be locked in a secured key safe

Yes definitely from the moment we pick up your dog to the moment we return them

We will towel dry your dogs to the best of our ability and we suggest that owners leave towels for us to use on our return

We will contact you first then take your dog to your designated veterinary practise that you have given us during our initial consultation period

Firstly you will need to contact goingwalkabouts so that we can arrange a convenient time to come to your address for a face to face consultation and for us to meet you and your dog and ask any relevant questions and fill in the required paperwork, once this is in place you can make bookings over the phone, via email or text or online
